What is PLDD?
PLDD, or Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression, is a minimally invasive spine procedure used for selected patients with contained disc herniation. A herniated disc may press on nearby nerves and cause symptoms such as lower back pain, leg pain, neck pain, numbness, or discomfort that affects daily movement.
